Guidelines for abstracts
General rules
- Original work only – unpublished research; no simultaneous submissions to other conferences.
- Language – clear, grammatically correct English.
- Blind review – do not include author names or affiliations in the title or body. Enter these separately in the submission system.
- Presenter registration – at least one author must register by the deadline, or the abstract will be withdrawn.
- Format preference – you may indicate oral or poster preference; the Scientific Committee makes the final decision.

Abstracts must include:
- Introduction/Background – context and research gap
- Aims – objectives or research questions
- Methods – design, participants, procedures, analysis
- Results – main findings (avoid "results will be discussed")
- Discussion/Conclusion – implications and significance
- Keywords – 3–5 keywords

Authors & Affiliations
List authors as A. Smith¹, B. Jones² with superscript numbers for affiliations. Provide full institutional details.
3.
Review & Publication
- Review: Double-blind peer review by the Scientific Committee.
- Publication: Accepted abstracts appear in the EACLIPT 2027 Abstract Book (ISBN) with a DOI.

Presentations
- Oral: 20 minutes (15 + 5 for Q&A)
- Poster: Follow the conference template (details upon acceptance)
- Certificates: Issued to presenting authors after the conference
